Grant Merritt is the author of A Puppy’s Tale, an award-winning children’s picture book for dog lovers. Born and raised in Texas, he has always sought to tell stories that evoke emotion and celebrate the beauty of human and animal connections.
Now based in Los Angeles, he spends his time hiking, snowboarding, and enjoying the beach, drawing creative inspiration from the outdoors and the people he meets along the way. His debut children’s book, A Puppy’s Tale, was inspired by the bond he shared with his loyal German Shepherd, Achilles, and shines a light on the profound connections that make life extraordinary.
